TCSA provides compliance consulting, security testing, and training services including but not limited to:

  • ISO 27001, ISO 42001, ISO 27701 certification consulting
  • SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3 report preparation
  • DPDP Act compliance consulting
  • Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)
  • Security awareness and compliance training

3. Professional Services

Our consulting services are provided on a professional basis. While we strive for excellence, certification outcomes depend on multiple factors including client implementation and external auditor decisions. We do not guarantee certification results but commit to providing expert guidance throughout the process.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Implement recommended controls and policies
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies
  • Pay fees according to agreed terms
  • Cooperate with our consultants and auditors

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and data. Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the engagement. Specific confidentiality terms are outlined in individual service agreements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TCSA or its licensors. Templates, frameworks, and methodologies provided during consulting engagements are licensed for client use but remain TCSA intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

TCSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, services require an upfront deposit with remaining payments tied to project milestones. Late payments may incur interest charges and service suspension.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Clients remain responsible for fees for work completed prior to termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
