Terms of Use.

These terms govern your use of tcsa.in and are the general frame for our services. Paid engagements are governed by their own proposal, engagement letter or master services agreement — where those differ from these terms, the engagement documents prevail.

1. Who we are, and what we do — and don’t.

Tranquility Cybersecurity Services Private Limited (“Tranquility Cybersecurity”, “TCSA”) provides compliance consulting: readiness, implementation, testing and audit coordination for frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 1/2, DPDP, GDPR and others. We coordinate audits; we do not certify. Certification decisions rest solely with accredited certification bodies, and attestation reports are issued by licensed CPA firms. No content on this site is a promise of certification or a guarantee of audit outcome.

2. Site content.

Content is provided for general information. It is not legal advice, and framework requirements change — verify against the current official standard or regulation before acting. Indicative prices shown are starting points for standard scopes; final fees are fixed in writing before an engagement starts.

3. Intellectual property.

The site, its design, text and marks are ours or licensed to us. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution; do not reproduce substantial portions or use our marks without permission.

4. Acceptable use.

Do not disrupt the site, probe or test it without authorisation, misrepresent your identity in forms, or submit unlawful content. Security researchers: contact info@tcsa.in for coordinated disclosure.

5. Third-party services.

Booking runs on Calendly. Analytics and ad measurement run on Google services and on ChatGPT Ads by OpenAI, as described in the Cookie Policy. Their terms apply to their services.

6. Liability.

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. For paid services, liability is as set out in the engagement documents. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Privacy.

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy, including DPDP and GDPR rights and our grievance process.

8. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
