How This Site Is Written
Editorial Standards
tcsa.in is a working reference maintained by practicing compliance auditors. These are the rules every page on this site is held to — and the standard you should hold any compliance publisher to.
Written and reviewed by practicing auditors
Every framework guide is authored or reviewed by TCSA's named lead auditors — the same people who run client engagements. Author and reviewer names, credentials, and the review date appear on the page.
Primary sources only
Regulatory claims cite the actual instrument — the SEBI circular, the IRDAI guidelines, the AICPA standard, the ISO publication — not other consultancies' blogs. Where we paraphrase a standard, we say so, and we name the clause or paragraph.
Visible freshness
Guides carry a "Last reviewed" date, and pages covering moving targets (EU AI Act timelines, DPDP enforcement, accreditation status) are re-verified when the underlying facts change, not bulk-restamped.
No invented numbers
We publish only counts and outcomes we can stand behind (500+ audits, 250+ SOC 2 attestations), state pricing as indicative bands quoted after scoping, and never assert pass rates or guarantees. Timelines are ranges grounded in real engagements.
Disclosed ranking methodology
Vendor-comparison pages publish their scoring criteria and a conflict-of-interest disclosure, and we do not rank ourselves #1 by fiat. The methodology lives at a public URL and applies to every list we maintain.
Corrections
Found an error? Write to info@tcsa.in. We correct the page, update the review date, and note material corrections. Accuracy outranks ego.
