COOKIES — WHAT RUNS · WHY · HOW TO OPT OUT

Cookie Policy.

LAST UPDATED: 18 OCTOBER 2026

This page lists every cookie this site uses, what each one does and how long it lasts. If you visit from the UK, the EEA or Switzerland, we ask first and the tags wait for your answer. Everywhere else, Google Analytics, Google Ads (including remarketing) and ChatGPT Ads measurement by OpenAI load on every visit. Our cookie notice tells you they are there. It does not switch them off.

Cookies we use.

CategoryCookiePurposeDuration
Strictly necessarytq_consent_v1 (local storage), tq_consentRecords that you dismissed the cookie notice or, in the UK, the EEA and Switzerland, whether you accepted or rejected cookies, so it does not come back on every page12 months (the local-storage copy stays until you clear site data)

Google also sets cookies on its own domains, such as google.com and doubleclick.net, for remarketing and ad measurement. Google’s cookie notice describes them.

In the UK, the EEA and Switzerland, the analytics and advertising cookies above (Google’s, OpenAI’s and our own gclid and utm_* copies) are set only after you accept, and never if you reject. Until then Google Analytics and Google Ads run in Google’s consent mode, which sets none of their cookies and sends Google only basic signals that carry no cookie identifiers, and the OpenAI pixel does not load at all. The strictly necessary cookies and the booking calendar’s own cookies do not wait, because the site and the calendar need them to work.

What the cookie notice does.

  • Outside the UK, the EEA and Switzerland, it appears on your first visit and names the tags that run.
  • “Got it” records that you have seen it (tq_consent), so it does not come back on every page. It changes nothing else.
  • You can bring it back with “Cookie notice” in the footer of any page.
  • In the UK, the EEA and Switzerland it asks instead. “Accept” and “Reject” sit side by side and are just as easy to press. Your answer is kept in tq_consent for 12 months.
  • You can change your answer at any time with “Cookie notice” in the footer, or right here: . If you reject after accepting, Google’s tags go back to setting no cookies, the page reloads without the OpenAI pixel, and we delete our gclid and utm_* cookies and the Google and OpenAI cookies stored on this site’s domain.

How to opt out.

  • In the UK, the EEA and Switzerland: choose “Reject” on the cookie notice, or change your answer later with “Cookie notice” in the footer.
  • Your browser: block or delete cookies for this site, or block third-party cookies altogether. In all major browsers this sits under Settings → Privacy → Cookies.
  • Google Analytics: install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Google ad personalisation: turn it off in My Ad Center.
  • Ask us: e-mail info@tcsa.in with any question about these cookies or the data they help us collect.
